Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Store Operations Platform (the "Service"), provided by Hashtag Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Store Operations Platform is a subscription software platform for managing convenience store and gas station operations, including daily sales reporting, cash reconciliation, lottery and fuel tracking, vendor management, and related financial and operational tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Business administrators are responsible for managing access for their own staff, including adding, removing, and setting permissions for team members within their organization.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly through Stripe.
New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial, and no charge is made until the trial period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the in-app Billing section.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business, financial, and operational data you enter into the Service. We do not access, use, or share your business data except as necessary to provide the Service, provide support, or as required by law. Each business's data is kept isolated from every other business using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access another business's data or account without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law

6. SMS & Email Notifications

The Service allows business administrators to enable SMS and email notifications for their own staff (e.g., shift reminders, task alerts). By enabling SMS for a staff member, the administrator confirms that staff member has agreed to receive such messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on how each business configures the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." While we work to ensure accuracy and reliability, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Service is a business tool intended to assist with operational record-keeping; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your business's own financial, tax, and regulatory compliance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
